Register early! This helps our instructors plan and many classes fill quickly. Some classes may not run if enrollment numbers are low at the registration deadline.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please notify the KCE office at least two working days prior to the first session of a series class to receive a refund, minus a $11 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for 1-day classes. A full refund will be issued for classes cancelled by Kennewick Community Education.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on school property, including the grounds & parking lots.
• Food or drink is not allowed in the computer labs, in most carpeted areas of schools, or gyms.
• Confirmations are not sent out. Unless notified differently, you should attend class as scheduled.
• Call to confirm receipt of mail/fax registrations.
• If you need a receipt, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your request.
• Children may enroll in most KCE classes unless otherwise noted. Those under 12 must be accompanied by an enrolled adult, except in classes for children only.
• Listen to local radio stations for weather-related cancellations. Classes will be made up.
Liability Waiver
By registering for a Kennewick Community Education class, I understand that participation is at my own risk. I, my children, heirs, executors and administrators agree to idemnify and hold harmless the Kennewick School District, its employees, agents, contributing organizations, officer,s representatives and facilities from any and all claims resulting from any theift, physical injury, death, or pecuniary loss as a direct or indirect consequence of participation in this activity/class. If I am under 18 years old, my parent or guardian agrees to these terms on my behalf.
