Home canned, marinated mushrooms are a delicious treat and make wonderful gifts as well. Come prepare and process the USDA approved marinated mushroom recipe. You will leave with recipes and a jar of prepared mushrooms. Pay instructor $10 supply fee.

Afraid of a pressure cooker? Learn how easy it is to use and lose your fear. Pressure canning is a great way to preserve fresh vegetables and meats rather than freezing. Come pressure can and take home sliced carrots. Pay instructor $8 supply fee.

Make the Perfect Pizza
Learn to make a delicious, healthy pizza right in your own home! We will prepare and cook a whole wheat-semolina crust and a tomato-basil crust and top each with an easy homemade sauce and unusual, meatless toppings.

Are you trying to add more meatless meals to your diet for health reasons? Or maybe there’s a new vegetarian in the family. Learn to add healthy flavor to vegetarian dishes, how to prepare traditional family favorites with-out meat, and how to use plant-based proteins for optimal health. We’ll explore reasons to eat more meatless meals and debunk plant-based diet myths. Renee will have her heart healthy cookbooks for purchase but they are not required.
