Mail	Complete the registration form and mail it with a check, purchase order, or credit card (VISA or MasterCard)information to: Kennewick Community Education 200 South Dayton Street Kennewick, Wa 99336	Phone	Call us at (509) 222-5080 with your registration and credit card information Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Walk in	Register at the Kennewick Community Education office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We are located in downtown Kennewick, just south of First Avenue at 200 South Dayton Street.	Fax	Fax your registration form with your credit card information 24 hours a day to: (509) 222-5054.
E-Mail	Complete the online registration form and either include your credit card (VISA or MasterCard) information or call it in (Please note: The site is not encrypted).	Drop Box	After hours, use our conveniently located drop box at the KCE office on the west side of the building, second door back.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Please notify the KCE office at least 2 working days prior to the first session of a series class to receive a refund of the class fee, minus a $11.00 cancellation fee. Allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund (for cash or check transactions) Credit cards will be credited. There are no refunds/transfers for 1-day classes. A full refund will be issued for KCE canceled classes.

Disclaimer Statement By registering for a Kennewick Community Education class, I understand that participation is at my own risk. I, my children, heirs, executors, and administrators agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Kennewick School District, its employees, agents, contributing organizations, officers, representatives, and facilities from any and all claims resulting from any theft, physical injury, death, or pecuniary loss as a direct or indirect consequence of participation in this activity/class. If I am under 18 years old, my parent or guardian agrees to these terms on my behalf.

Fees, Supplies, Books, & Maps Check class descriptions for special fees, supply lists, and textbook requirements. Unless otherwise noted, textbooks are not available at class or the KCE office. Please purchase textbooks prior to class. Supply lists and facility maps are available at the KCE office and this web site, or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to obtain a copy by mail.

Special Notices

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on school property, including the grounds & parking lots.
Food and drink are not allowed in the computer labs, in most carpeted areas of schools, or gyms.
Confirmations are not sent out. Unless notified differently, you should attend class as scheduled.
Call to confirm receipt of mail/fax registrations.
If you need a receipt, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request.
Pre-registration is required for each student.
Registration form may be photocopied.
Children may enroll in most KCE classes as appropriate, unless otherwise noted. Those under 12 must be accompanied by an enrolled adult, except in classes for children only.
Classes are open to all residents of the greater Mid-Columbia area, at the same class fee.
An elevator is available for Southridge High School classes on the second floor. Call the Kennewick Community Education office to obtain a key if needing this assistance.
Listen to local radio stations for weather-related cancellations. Classes will be made up.
KCE reserves the right to combine classes or change class locations.
